Screening

*Screening is necessary to ensure we are compatible and that I am kept safe.

I value privacy and discretion in all of our meetings and exchanges, period.  Our interactions and shared information is kept STRICTLY confidential. I prefer two references from recently seen providers, (make sure it is within six months and they are aware you are using them as a reference)** I may also request workplace verification or I.D.

If you are new, or have not seen other professionals do not hesitate to reach out.

 

Failure to respond fully and honestly to the questions below shows Me, above all else, that you are not ready for this sort of experience, and you will not receive a response from me.
